Additional AV's What Happened

I tried today to add an additional AV for the one off payment of $9.95.

I could not find anyway of doing this on the SL site so I went ahead and created a new account with my original details etc.

After creating the account a message came up to say that I could not do this as there is a limit to the amount of AV's that can be added to my account. Why This? It does not give the option to add the extra with the one off payment.....

So now I cannot use the name again as that is now unavailable.

How and where can we add additional AV's for the one off payment?

Instead, as I now understand, you must setup a new basic account with the same details except a different email address.

This is a bit long winded and then you have to spend the next hour collecting your stars to get out of help Island.

So any explanations would be great as I would still like to add the AV.

Hi Larrie, yes, Alt creation is borked. There have been many threads on this but basically you've answered your own question. A different email address, hotmail should do.

Then, you should also be able to add your payment details later to match your previous account.

You can only have basic or premium?
