Region Down form a good step

I know most of you don't care about this, since Gladje was a Mature sim, but that form could have saved some time. Gladje was down about 41 hours, which meant business people on Gladje suffered 41 hours of lost revenue. There are also a few people who live there, who were locked out of their home for 41 hours.

I'm always happy to give kudos where they are due, and that idea was a great one. Next time I won't come here to express frustration. I'll just go do the form, shut up and wait. If your PG sim ever goes down for 41 hours, you have my sympathy in advance.

Will the business owners of Gladje get any kind of financial compensation for downtime ? I won't hold my breath. I'm going to ask, but I'm fully expecting a "tough shit" response.

I agree that it's a good step but I'd sure like to see one that helped people report when a sim really needs a reboot.

I'm also really surprised at the (apparent) lack of grid monitoring at LL. I would have though that they'd monitor all this stuff and auto-kick sims that don't restart or behave badly..
