Hi All,

i was hoping someone may be able to help & this question may have been asked before but i can't find it, apologies if it has.

Is there anyway at all you can get something back you have deleted? By accident i dropped a huge folder of things in my inventory trash ad then emptied trash without realising my mistake.

i have checked usin the normal sl steps and it is definitley gone although still on the beta grid.

Please please please help and let me know if there is anyway to get my stuff back.

Yikes.. support ticket or live chat is what I suggest. Good luck :)

Much like when you empty your trash bin on your personal computer you have truly given the green light for the items to be over written by with new data. But, in the case of SL those items are on LL's servers where you cannot retrieve them using data recovery software like you can when it's on your hard drive. By the time you get a support ticket through the mill it's very unlikely that those items can be retrieved.........they could have be overwritten dozens of times to the point of absolutely no bit of data remains. Plus the items being on the beta grid..........I doubt LL will put much effort in even trying to retrieve the items.

I'm afraid your stuff is gone for good.
