why the hell can we not update

some of are trying to upload this last patch or whatever it is its 533 sl time pm and it says it failed i have no firewalls none always been able to down load sl anotehr friend int eh same room is trying to do too and cant download it says it fails on thier s too

WE CAN NOT GET INTO SL OR DOWNLOAD THIS PATCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to the downloads page on the website and got it there after that error message.

Logging in with it though and there is a problem with the sound
