How can we get Resident Answers forum back on track again?

The moderators seem to be out to lunch or hoping the situation would go away... maybe they are just waiting for some direction. What ever the reason, what does everyone thing the moderators should do?

I think the resident answers section is completely on track. WE ALL want answers about the copybot, and LL is not giving us anything. There has been very little flaming or trolling... we all are concerned and discussing what people know about the copybot and what we want to know.

yes Double, I agree. My recent thread is in regards to the copybot issue but I had a legitimate question that I was seeking an answer for that I had not seen specifically addressed on the forum.
At the same time, is THIS thread even legit to be posted in Resident Answers? RA is supposed to be used to ask questions in regards to account and in-world issues. It is not meant to point fingers at moderators or talk about how the forum has gone to hell. You don't use the forum to ask about the forum...

The General section was cut because of a bunch of bickering, fingerpointing, and petty BS.
So far resident answers is nothing like that. Just because 100 people have questions and thoughts about the copybot issue doesn't suddenly make it the general forum..... true, it may be a bit redundant..... but since the issue inworld is REDUNDENCY, I think we all can post about it.

Doubledown & Elaina: The questions being asked seem very retorical. They demand action. That isn't productive.
Sunspot: Just a bump in the road. Strife Onizuka mentions a previous event "Prim Mirror"? in another thread. It seems this wasn't the first permissions breech, and predicts it won't be the last. I hope this isn't true.

How is LL helping us defend ourselves How are other residents handling it? How are other residents protecting themselves? Where can I find more info on this? What does the copybot do? ... here's my experience witnessing the copybot.. How will this affect the world of SL? all of these are not retorical.
