Maybe it's me,maybe not.The past few days when I upload a tga (letters on a transparent background) and I place the texture on a flat object, the texture is no longer wrapping around the object as it has done in the past. The texture only appears on one side and only one side.In the texture box(to the left of the color box) where one normally see's the texture, the default texture picture(the wood grain texture) is there(not the texture I'm using) but with the added words "multiple"

That's how it has always happened for me, so I'd say for the last 6 months. If I drag the texture to that side, regardless of what's checkmarked, it only does that side.
If I drag and drop the texture into the edit window, or choose texture, it does all sides. |

I believe that the difference in behavior is due to the Texutre radio button being selected when you apply a texture to a single side, and not selected when you apply a texture to an entire prim. At least my results have always been consistant on that point, anyway.

When you drag a texture onto a prim intending to texture all sides you need to hold down SHIFT when you drop.
