Laukosargas Vendor manual broken, HELP!

I was in Svarga last night and bought Laukosargas Svarog's "L3 Networked Vendor" system. When I rezzed it at home, the Notecard manual was broken. It was subdivided into sections of manual and when I clicked on the manual links in the notecard, it brought up a new notecard that simply read "you have insufficient permission to view this notecard". Ugh.

Anyone have any suggestions to resolved this, or can anyone give me a functioning copy of the manual notecards? I have IM'd Laukosargas for help, but these days her profile says that she has lost interest and rarely ever comes in world any more. I could wait months to get a response and I need to know how to use this vendor system ASAP! Thanks.

Sometimes insufficient perms is a temporary bug. You might try changing sims and see if you still get the error message when trying to view the help notecards.

Check the seller's profile to see if they have a specific group revolving around their store (or this particular product line) as one of the members might be able to provide you with the support you need regarding the vend product.

Try dragging the individual notecards to your inventory from the main notcard.

I had the same issue, and when I dragged them to inventory and opened them from there, they were readable. Hope this helps

Nope, I tried that already. I changed my group tags as well. I went back today and grabbed another copy of the notecard and it still doesn't work. I suspect that LL has changed something in how the notecards work and this notecard manual is well over a year old and likely doesn't comply with the way notecards work now. As far as I can see there is no support group for owners of this vending system. I am hoping someone who uses it will see this thread and be able to help. Thanks anyway!
