I've searched without luck on how to start a live chat with support in the Solution Finder.
Would someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction?

Log in to the support portal, click on Solution Finder (middle right), pick any random problem and Next, always pick the "This didn't solve it" and if you're prompted to search, type in something bogus and click continue, click "Didn't solve it" again and eventually you get to the Live Chat options. |
