i often wonder why i keep playing this game
its probably cause all my freinds are in it and its a relativly free form game
but basicaly its getting worse and worse i mean those lindens
whats the point of them hiding their online status when they are prominently displayed as online by a website .
basicaly his is another post about live help
and the lindens who work on it from time to time basicaly they are crap never ACTUALY helping they prefer to refer you to things wich are of no relevance to the situation like hey i cant find a working weapon testing area the reply from a linden "use the search bar"
linden promptly leaving situation after searching finding i still cant get to the glorious lindesns Official weapon testing area other being deleted i go back to help request to which i get the same reply go to search i say i tried but all the places are either deleted or unaccseable.
this is where we get to what annoys me the lindens dont help you and when you complain they all defend one anoher doesnt matter wether they are actualy WRONG nonono they are a linden that gives them the excuse the great thing being that if ytou complain they see it as a threat and start talking to you like theyre about to ban you such as
"is that a threat?" and "hey my colleage did a wonderful job";(of passing you off and not actualy helping you).

my point?
the lindens suck and if you wanna know something else they know they suck explain why they all hide online that "sea of IM's" you hear them moan about when they do show up online ?
you can bet a good 95 percent of that are complaints queries or unavoidable and awkward questions.

all in all i could get abnned at any moment for voicing my disgust with the lindens appearing arrogance but then again should i realty be bothered when reffering to people whod rather hide away in private locations in a game they made, people whod rather not get off their lazy arses and do theyre job and lets not forget very emothional people the kind who cant face the truth that they arent doing the game any actual good.

id like it if people could repsond to this post since the previous posts ive made on this forum have not been able to receive comments even by myself

but dont be afraid about posting comments the lindens in sl wont care they have busy jobs as it is handing out the same reply to completeley different problems and hiding (pointlessly in some far off location)

I've found that just like any other large company that employ people who offer customer support, some are useless and some are very helpful.

To be honest, you seem to have gotten to the point where you have some pretty hostile feelings towards the Linden's, and if this is coming across in your dealings with them then I'm not suprised they are being uncooperative. Maybe you should chill out and try contacting some different Lindens or try using the live help feature at different times of the day in an effort to meet a variety of helpful people. Alternatively try posting your questions in 'resident answers' on the forum rather than just posting in order to whine.

ryan, Second Life is a very large and ever-changing, ever-evolving place. The freedoms we have here - to build, script, texture, etc. - and the fact that it all takes place in one contiguous world - are valued highly by me and many others but are what makes this a very difficult project to manage. I'm sure it's not everyone's cup of tea, but for those of us who value it, there's no substitute. We are part of something that is changing, growing, messy, creative, full of life and dreams, unpredictable, exciting. In life and in Second Life flexibility is a very useful thing to develop. It's more interesting to me when things are not under tight control.

this forum is for residents to seek help from other residents via pertinent questions.

as this is not a question and merely a statement on how you feel about Linden Lab employees, this thread is being closed.

i would like to mention in closing that Linden Lab are working on scaling up their staff, which hopefully will result in better handling of help needed in-world.
