Does anyone have / sell a security system that will just keep people away from a skybox without restricting the land access as well?

**edited after Jillian's comment** Warning is fine, but I want one that ejects just from a skybox after a short period of time.

I hope not. They wreck folks flying by in aircraft.

Unless you buy a really smart one that give 10 second (or more) warnings. =^.^=

See the Psyke's Orbs, latest version is very nice and can scan a certain range you configure.

Besides, no entry barriers only go up so high, and most skyboxes are accessible even if the access to the land is turned off, in other words, you go high enough and there's no barriers.

Ah, I used to have fun playing chicken with the bots in peoples' skyboxes, way back when. How close can you get, how much time can you be in their airspace, how many times can you fly through at high speed, before you finaly get blasted / ejected / teleported home.

I wondered the same thing when I was living on rental property and couldn't just use an existing orb even if its scan range was limited since the sensor is spherical in nature and houses, well, aren't so the chance of accidentally affecting someone outside the house still existed. So I ended up creating my own system that uses region coordinates to limit the scan to the house itself and this also works very well for skyboxes. Only way it activates is if they are actually inside the skybox so passing aircraft aren't affected.

Hi, we have a security device in a castle 500 metres up - HHSS or Hero's Home Security System - which only cost L$ 99 on SLExchange.
You can set it for any radius you like, add as mnay avatar names as you like, so friends r group members don't get blasted.
Intruders are given a timed warning that you can set yourself and then ejected or sent to their own 'home'.
And you don't have to have horrible ban lines up around your land!
