Can I take the texture from my notice board to in my inventory. I didnt insert the texture in content of object. I draged its from inventory to notice board.

Nope. There is no way to take a texture from a item.

Yeah, you can't *take* a texture from an item, you can only apply, that is, if it's your item or a modifiable item. If you already have the texture, you can apply it to as many items as you like, it will never leave your inventory unless it gets lost due to asset issues, which many things do.
