Rules where meeting can be held??

Hi, I have multiple questions LOL.

I'm thinking of forming a group and holding meetings.
Is there rules on where you can meet?
Could I ask my group to meet me in a coffee shop, or on the beach, or a park?
Are there public places to meet? If its a coffee shop, Do I need to get permission from the owner if its just a few people?

There is a lot of land that is owned by Governor Linden that is all public land. Meeting can always be held there. If it is not Governor Linden land, the polite thing to do would be to ask the owner if it would be ok to hold a meeting on their land. I know many of the PIs have public space that would fit your needs.
