Another Group settings question

How do I set it so anyone can see Everyone in my group?
I am the group owner and the group is not open enrolment. Currently the only thing non members can see are the Owners and Officers. Also can individual control if they want there name visible in the list?

Members and roles, click the members are visible box. This cannot be toggled individually.
