strange avatar behavior

hi

recently i have a problem with my avatar and cant find the reason
for the strange behavior.
What happens is that the body or parts of it stay behind the point where the
avatar is supposed to be, usually i only see my prim attachments when this happens
the avatar body seems to be stuck in another place. Sometimes this only occurs to parts of the body e.g. the head which looks kind of funny since only the eyes move in the meant fashion, sticking out of the face this way.
Anyone know this problem and maybe a solution?

I haven't seen or heard of this, but I have a question to help with diagnosing the problem. Can other people see your av doing this, or is it something only visible to you?

The other day my dragon head detached and remained floating in the air after dragon body got up and left. I made a comment about this "detached head" problem, and the response was confusion. Everyone else, at least everyone that spoke up, said that my head was still attached to my body. Strange annoying thing to occur. Not sure if what you are describing is the same, but if it is, then ask around in world to see if others see you differently than you see yourself.

Edited to add: The opposite can happen: Just recalled a time when everything looked fine on my screen, but the party that I was at started laughing and making odd comments about me. Apparently my avatar was doing stuff on their screens that was not visible on mine.

yesterday i was in a club where this happened to another person
and others than me have seen it too...usually you will see some prim hair
ghosting around since this attracts attention more than a frozen body
which barely anyone will notice probably
