Hi - I have some land that I wanted to rent. I have a building on the land, and either I'll rent out parts of it, or remove the building and just rent the whole parcel - It is 2048 sqm.
My question is regarding build rights to the spaces and the land. If I set the land to be editable by all avatars, then anyone can come in and build things and even remove items from the shops.
There is also the question of dividing the land into pieces for each rental area - is that necessary...
Is there a Wiki or notecard on renting - If so, then please drop it off in my inventory!!
Are there any clubs, newsgroups etc. for renting?
