Did you know that at $195 USD for tier for an entire private island, that the sale price per square meter is L$0.80 if the land owner only wants to recover tier and no investment whatsoever ?
Did you know that at $295 USD for tier for an entire private island, that the sale price per square meter is L$1.21 if the land owner only wants to recover tier and no investment whatsoever ?
How many landowners want to only cover tier and recover 0% of their $1275 USD (old price) or $1675 USD investment ?
Something to think about when you see Land Sales search results for L$0.00 per square meter or any search results less than L$0.80.

I think you are saying that estate land sale listings can be misleading and to check the convenant before you "buy" because there is a very high chance there are additional monthly fees that must be paid to keep the land. Am I right?

More land sales info: if you want to make sure the price you are paying is the final price for the land, sort your search by selecting "For Sale-Mainland". This removes estate land from your search and shows only mainland. After you buy mainland, the fees you pay will go directly to Linden Lab. See the land use fees page in your account for the fee structure.
