For the super and timely customer service today in the rollback of the Virtual Ability owned sim, Cape Able. We averted our little crisis and are very grateful for your timely response. It's much appreciated.

When I needed a rollback on an island after a very odd issue of disappearing buildings the support team were absolutely awesome, got a super speedy response.

I've always had excellent experiences with the help team people and others, including instant sim restarts. Just a few days ago, one of them came over to return an object that overhung my land by about 8m. I'd ARed it twice to no effect - after I'd IMed the owner 3 times.

It's the LL management who I dislike - not them personally - it's the decisions they make.
