Hi Guys, I have set up my account, downloaded the software and for some reason I keep getting the error message unable to log in system must be down please try later or click help... This has been like this since last night around 4:30 CET.
I am trying to log in through work, do you think it maybe our ISA or proxy causing the problem? Has anyone had similar experiences?

They may have the key ports for SL blocked, which would be why you are getting the error message. Only thing is, I can't remember which port SL connects from, sorry. Try the Support Portal's search feature to find out which ones it is and maybe it will also have other suggestions on what can be done.
