Hi,

..the title says it all ;-)
About my SIM (a residential one), i'm close to a kind of termination of the preparatory work (the terraforming, landscaping, waves, sounds...and so on)

Just wonder if the GRAND OPENING process is very clear ... or if it doesn't have to be... ?

I meant, is there a kind of rule ?

- Better to make the grand opening day before any residents are installed ?
- Better to make the grand opening day after all residents are installed ?
- Can be done even if .. let's say.. half of the residents are about to live here

Or everyhting is good as long as you do it with care ?
Just wondering... ,-)

nota: if you know good singers/artists of any kind/ and so on, drop me a line here or in-world, i culd be interested

Possibly make it before you get new residents so the grand opening becomes a sort of advertisement for future buyers. If you do it after, the celebration would be more for your residents. I'd say if it's residential it shouldn't really matter.
