In my own group, under Members & Roles > Roles
the "Create New Role" option is grayed out
Why? How do I create a new role now?

Usually its grey out if you don't have the ability to make new roles, or you already have 10 roles defined, which is the maximum number of roles

Yes, thanks -- 10 roles was the problem. I guess there should be a note shown there for that.
