Go Here in Pie Menu

I thought I posted this yesterday, but it is missing. When I click on land or some surfaces the "Go Here" segment of the pie menu is active sometimes but not in other cases. What determines this and can I control it on my land?

As far as I know, the "Go Here" option is active anywhere you right click on actual terrain. (land) You have no control, on your parcel, over its availability or its behavior when clicked.

It is not available if you right click on a prim.. and often times you will see terrain textured prims laid out over actual land.. which might be the reason you sometimes see it active and sometimes do not..
