for two days now i haven't been able to change my clothing, attach or wear anything. rezz anything. same with my customers. my sim has some major problems. i've filed bug reports and all i get is auto replies and no responses other than to check the knowledge base. HOW DO WE GET A SIM RESTART when we need it??????

Email [email]inworldsupport@secondlife.com[/email]. State the name of the sim, state the problem (severe lag rendering you unable to do anything), and request that they investigate it and issue a restart if needed.

go to the main page. under my account somewhere there is a request reset sim option. maybe try talking to Linden in world

We requested a sim restart via e-mail and they restarted it within hours. I suspect turnaround time depends on how busy LL is and who's on staff  Our LL contact was very prompt and courteous.
