Clearing my land

I am thinking to make my land empty and to place my house on a different location (my land has grown since the house was placed and there is now a much more nicer location for it).

Taking every item by item into my inventory will be a huge job.

So I wonder… when I use the “objects”-tab in the land and press “return” after the objects on my name? What would happen?

1. Nothing, because the objects belong to me?
2. All objects belonging to me end up in my “Lost & Found”-folder? (Eeepppp!!!)
3. All objects return to the folder where they originally came from (I hope for this).

Anyone experience with this? Or maybe other suggestions to make it all easier?

Thank you.

Morwen.

"some" of your objects will be returned. all the ones you get back will be listed under a single entry.. like "Floor Section"

Rezzing that "Floor Section" (or whatever) will rez ALL of the objects that you got back. Hopefully that will be MOST of your stuff.

I HIGHLY recommend against doing this to yourself.

Go pick up everything precious, one item at a time. Do it right.

Hmm, how far are you moving it Morwen? I moved my meagre abode admittedly only a few feet by editing, dragging a box around my home. By moving your camera further away you get a larger step to move things .. but then the arrows get smaller grr!

Oops sorry! didn't mean to disturb!

I better be careful with moving things around... not long I moved a painting from one wall to another. It ended up somewhere in the air.... two parcels aways from my own :P.

BTW dear hobbit, my land is called Demsterwold... (and that happens to be Dutch for Murkwood.... wonder where I got that name :) ).
