Until your account is verified you have to remain on the un-verified grid.
(Like Teens stay on the Teen Grid,and Adults the same)
So, there will be 3-4 grids?
1:Main Grid=Adult Verified-M,unrestricted scripting. Pay for $L.
2:Adult Free Grid= Adult-M, Unverified accounts with some script restrictions. Free $L allowance per month.(non-transferrable over 10k or so)
3:Teen Grid= Verified-PG content,unrestricted scripts. Pay for $L.
4:Teen Free Grid=Unverified-PG content, Restricted scripting. Free $L allowance.(non-transferrable over 10k or so)
The Main Grid Adult, is the full world, as is the Teen Grid For teens.
But, the unverified accounts are on a smaller, but playable space.
These attacks have to be accounted for, and that is only going to happen, IF WE KNOW WHO IS DOING IT!
There are people spending REAL MONEY and getting REAL PISSED from these attacks.

That wouldn't be fun...there have to be people who have money..there can't be a grid where everyone is poor...cause if everyone had a free account everyone would be poor...

I said,"Unverified accounts get free $L", but I DON'T feel that it should be mostly transferrable to the main grid when they verify thier accounts, cause of scamming noobs.

Oh...and to keeps people from making bunches of noob accounts for the free money...You cannot trade any of it to the main grid unless you verify each of your accounts.
There will also be a max amount you can carry over.
So, No you can't scam millions and then get richer in the Main Grid with the free $L.

it's got to a point now where someting has to be done.I am at university all week and can only come to Secondlife at the weekend..This weekend has been totaly ruined for me.I pay good good RL money to take part in this experiance and people who have no other interest here than cause grief and laugh at our misery can do that for free.

Why not let them be poor. SL is a very econimy driven game. If you want to play it you should make stuff or have money. And it isnt like anyone cant go get a pre paid card or anything if they really like the game then they can shell out the 30 budcks and get on. But no one is gonna do things like that if the grid is down all the time on there second day. Btw who ever started the thread kudos for coming up with soloutions instead of just whining thats what we should all do. |
