Govenor Linden land not set to auto-return..

Who the heck do you contact about this now? I used to post in the land forums but that's gone. It's not exactly a bug so probably shouldn't be posted as one there.. Anyone know if there is a Linden in charge of this kinda thing these days?

If a Linden happens to read this it's the plot at Whitlock 231,170,115.

It's starting to gather a bit of junk.

Submit a support ticket using the support portal on the secondlife.com site.

It will be forwarded to the appropriate Linden.

I'm on a basic account. The only thing they'll let me submit is if I can't log in.

Log in-world... drop an IM on Governor Linden.

As noted in another thread, IMs sometimes get lost.

Say "Hi!" from me to the Gov'

And in the event the OP doesn't get a response to their IM they should never ever try again.

Oh... wait a minute... yeah

After 72-hours if the debris doesn't vanish try dropping another IM.

Persist. Eventually the mess will get cleaned up.

This worked for a huge parcel near me...

There were a lot of single prims laying around, so I AR'ed them for Prim Litter. There were pyramid scheme things, spamming things, etc. that I also AR'ed. Then, I asked neighbors to do the same. In a day or so, it was cleaned up and the parcel was put up for auction!

And if he doesn't clean up his act, ban his ass!

lol I think they mean they AR'd the people that were leaving the junk all over the place. Not sure how far an AR on Gov Linden would go

Someone posted a while back that the Linden who made all those scripts for the original cars was the most AR'd person on SL.. They pushed you off if you weren't the owner which would pop up that abuse window if you were new..

BTW, what I used to do when I had land near one of those, was to build something more appealing that hopefully hid the mess, thereby getting rid of the eyesore and filling up the parcel so as not to accrue more litter.
