This is a problem I have: I have a store floating above part of my club, and every time I try assigning a landmark or teleport point to it,other people who try using it wind up elsewhere in the parcel. To "me" they work fine, but to anyone else they constantly put them off elsewhere. The store isn't very far up,only 150 meters in the air,and even though I've made landmarks multiple times to get there ,noone else can. So this has put a crimp in my business Any help in this would be appreciated!

Can't offer too much help, since I think this is completely technical and on LL's end.
My problem is similar, but not exactly the same. I can set my landing point on my land.. but I can't reset my home. It is still too high causing me to fall when I use it. The 'Set home here' function just isn't taking. Probably related to the same issue with some landmark TP's winding up who knows where.

Do you have a landing point set on the parcel? If you do, visitors will always land at the landing point regardless of where the landmark is set to, while you (the propert owner) will always land at the landmark regardless of the landing point.
Go into 'About Land' and look at the 'Options' tab. You can clear the landing poing, or go up to the store and set the landing point to where you want people to arrive.
