- "Cancel" is the button enabled by default when releasing land back
to Governor Linden.
(Errata -- when you release land it goes "public" rather than under the
ownership of Governor Linden)
- Fixed a bug where the 'View --> Land Owners' option would be
ignored after editing terrain.
- Fixed three exploits whereby no-copy objects could be duplicated.
