New Capture Role-play game "Runaway Slave"

“Runaway Slave”
Background to the Role-play: In this reality there are free Men, Women and Slaves. Men and Women are equal in almost all daily life issues. Slaves have no rights and can be owned by individuals and companies. By law they are not allowed to do any job except menial low level jobs that free men and women do not want. Slaves are made not born; non-violent criminals, homeless and people who cannot pay there debts make up the large proportion of slaves. There had always been runaway slaves, most soon returned to their masters hungry and cold. There was not much a runaway slave could do to make money or get food unless they stole it. Therefore the government mostly ignored the minor problem of runaways and the Masters just bought another slave or waited for the runaway to return. That all changed when a renegade slave known as Markus gathered runaway slaves together and went on a crime spree killing raping and robbing free men and women. The government quickly put together a police force team known as RSA “Runaway Slave Apprehension” Men and women dedicated to the capture of the runaway Slaves causing the problem. It only took two weeks to run down the last of the slaves, by that time over two hundred slaves had been captured and killed. This upset the public greatly some of the slaves that had only joined Markus’s group for food and had been trusted and even loved family members before they had runaway. However Markus had proved that runaway slaves could be dangerous in the “wild” For that reason the RSA stayed in business after the problem was eliminated to catch any future runaway slaves before they could become a problem. They changed their tactics however and no longer killed runaway slaves, but captured them and placed them in confinement until secure jobs could be found for them mostly in mining for the men and sex work for the better looking females and factory jobs for what was left. The Scenario Members of the Runaway Slave Apprehension Unit are always on standby to jump into action when ever a runaway slave is spotted. Slaves are captured and brought back to headquarters for incarceration until the authorities come to pick them up. Of course “To the victor goes the spoils” what happens to runaways between the time they are captured and brought back is mostly up to the Apprehension agent. No one would question an Agent why the slave was beaten, killed or used in other ways. Here is how the game works: The Slave or slaves that want to play will post a message on the Capture Roleplay Chat IM system with a content like this. “ Runaway slave(s) spotted in -Place Name- dispatch RSA agents.” Any Agent that wants to take the “call” answers: “This is Agent Smith I can take this one” That way the sub/prey knows that someone is going to play. The Slave picks the Venue which can be ANYWHERE in the known SL system, even the maze itself. There are a large number of empty places where a slave could hide, shopping malls, residential areas, clubs even some of the castles. Just be sure not to bother anyone else and we should be fine. The Agent only gets the name of the place. The agent will have to find the place and get there. Things that would help: If we can get someone to make a new tag for the slave reading “Capture Roleplay Runaway Slave” The Agent could get a tag with Runaway Slave Apprehension” I will ask if we can get a black tee shirt made with “Runaway Slave Apprehension” on it for the agents to purchase. It would be cool if we could get a jail cell type cage set up in the main area for this game and others. It does not have to be there all the time. If there are several slaves that are captured they could be brought back and put in jail where they would be available for “inspection” by the other members. The advantages of this game are : Any number can play as few as one slave and one agent. If the maze is in use by an organized group, we can still play. You don’t even have to come to the main area to play; just watch the chat if you are an agent or post a message if you are a slave. This would be nice if the sym is having problems with crashes. (like that would ever happen). The Slave has a chance to escape, the slave must stay in the area named, but whenever the slave or Agent is tired of running around or at a predetermined time one of them will post a message that the “Slave has escaped” and the game is over. Please feel free to add your ideas about this game and list Venues that we could play in. Use this thread to post other new games also. |

duck duck goose
you sit in a circle and someone is chosen to start as the goose you walk over each person stating that they are "duck" until you get to someone you hate and then you state they are a "goose" THEN YOU RUN AROUND LIKE YOUR HEAD IS ON FIRE and the goose tries to tag you this is all roleplayed _____________________

NEW Game “The Rescuers”
The Maze is the Dark and Forbidding Forest. In the Forest there are lots of dangerous Vicious Animals. In to the Forest go the Trading party who quickly become lost and separated from each other. At the behest of the King a group of Brave and Fearless Rescuers are sent in to find the missing trading party and bring them out alive. To Play We need a number of Lions, Tigers, Bears and other non NFL animals like dragons, Foxes, Leopards and small tiny brown things that go woot in the dark….. Bunneys and other furies can make up the Vicious Animals (here after known as VA) normal food supply. The Trading party is of course our loveable sub / prey people. And the Fearless Rescuers are our human (or all most) hunter doms. The VAs will enter the Forest and spread out away from the entries hiding like all good VAs. A short time later the Trading Party will start their ill-fated trek. And then the Fearless Rescuers will be forced into the Forest. When the word is given over the Chat system the hunt begins. When a Trader is captured by a VA they will keep their captured tag and return to the main area RED ZONE there they will be watched by a VA to make sure they do not escape. When a Trader is “Rescued” they keep their tag and go to the GREEN ZONE. IF a Rescuer and a VA find the same Trader it is perfectly ok to have a shoving match and fight for the Trader. At the end when all Traders are captured or rescued the VA will come out of the Forest and pick up their Meat. The Rescuers will then pick up the rescued traders and let them show how “grateful” they are for their rescue. . Some of the good things about this game are the Furies and humans can play together in the same game. Fights for the life of the Trader. |

I like the runaway slave idea. Catch someone anywhere in SL with their ID up. Provides an opportunity for those with funds, but less time, to offer a "bounty" for the capture of a runaway. Bounty hunters could compete to capture the runaway and tender the goods (less whatever wear and tear) for the bounty. Similar opportunity to hire a "trophy hunter" to capture a "free range" specimen. This could allow the injection of some external cash flow into the player network and affords opportunities for spectators to watch the fun, learn new hunting and evasion techniques, while sipping a cool drink in a comfortable observation location, or a "CARP Rover" vehicle hovering over the scene. ~ Frank ~ _____________________

Bonus Prey

Loose a clutch of prey into the maze.
One of them secretly is worth a special bonus prize (maybe 1000 Lindens) to the first captor. Maybe second captor gets 250. Hunters might pay 100 Lindens to hunt for the bonus prey. Other prey may be used as usual. ~ Frank ~ _____________________
