The release notes for 1.12.1.(1) say:
"* Fixed baked avatar textures not updating"
Does this mean that you consider the baked undewear issue fixed? My tighty whities are still stuck. Haw.

The baking problem was the 'can't change outfits without relogging', which is indeed distinct from 'can't change or remove my underwear'.

Add a third party to the still stuck-undies. And while the clothing now changes, it takes a bit.

Kelly says that they wanted to clear out the "can't change outfits" bug before addressing this one. The permapants will be conquered before release.
