** Remove [Amount] square meters of contribution from group

* Improved OS detection for Windows XP 64Bit, Windows 2003 Server, and Windows Vista
Bug fixes:
* Fixed baked avatar textures not updating
There seem to be some needed bug (i.e., new bugs that just appeared in the previous Siva version) fixes not mentioned in the release notes.

I'm seeing some funky bad lit up slivers at the horizon in places that shouldn't be there. Never seen this problem before.

When I went to "Recent Items" in inventory, and selected "Show Filters", SL crashed. I don't know yet if the crash reporter is going to be able to finish it's work.

The crash reporter did not finish before I gave up on it.
After closing it and restarting Siva, I did the same Recent Items and Show Filters again, and it crashed again. This time the crash reporter did seem to finish it's work.

tried Show Filters from the regualar inventory tab, SL crashed again
