Object Size does not update when using the spinners(littel arrows) or mouse scroll wheel. The Yellow hi-lite frame chagnes around the object but the object does not sometimes it will ubdate but it will take a second for it to happen. Another attempt to reduce lag and bandwidth?

This is still not fixed even though it says it is in the release notes for 1.13.0.2
