The World Map has not been updated due to an issue with generating the map. We are working hard to get this resolved so that updates to terrain, land sales, etc. are reflected on the map ASAP.
I will post again tomorrow with an update on this issue.

Map update ... update!

We are working on an issue that prevented the map from being generated correctly in some instances. This is currently a work-in-progress. Luckily, the resolution will not be tied to a particular release, meaning we can update the code as soon as the fix is ready.
We expect this to happen today (December 1) or overnight tonight.
