Land for the Landless

We realize that land is in short supply and we are working hard to provide more. Here’s an opportunity for those who have missed out on the auctions and land rushes and might be having trouble finding open land.

We are reserving parcels in Green for those who are currently without any land – 37 plots of 512 square meters and 24 parcels in the 1024 m2 size.

To reserve your plot, respond to either the 512 m2 thread or the 1024 m2 thread or IM Haney Linden in-world with your preference. If you qualify, we will set up a plot for sale in your name for either $L512 or $L1,024 - and we’ll try to do it within one working day of your application. We’ll distribute plots in order of the date and time of application until we run out.

The fine print: Only one plot allowed per person, no extras for those with multiple accounts. You can apply for only one size of parcel. In order to make the process go quickly, we will pick the plot for you. You’ll have a week from the time of application to buy the land. The sim is rated PG and is not terraformable. There are no special restrictions on reselling or joining parcels, and no special building codes. Many of the people who applied for a Green parcel yesterday have land ready for them to buy.

Each plot that was set for sale in Green can only be bought by a particular individual. Right click on the ground and select
Edit Land to see the land for sale. Then right click on a plot that and select About Land and options to find your parcel.

We may be out of plots for any new sign ups.
