Creating a group warns you that the group must get three
members by three days in order to continue to exist.
Selecting land with the land edit tool and clicking
"About Land" properly loads the access and ban lists, and
updates them correctly. This was broken in 1.1.9.
Vehicles that use buoyancy now correctly float, rather
than sinking downward.
