Have you created something in SL & taken it to the real world?

Here's a question for you...have you ever created something new in Second Life and then somehow recreated it in your first life? The first example that comes to mind is, of course, Tringo. I'm looking for concepts that were initiated in SL and were then brought into the real world. Businesses, Art, Products, Games, etc?
