Hey everyone,

We are planning the release of Second Life version 1.11.2 on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2006 pending final verification of all issues. Second Life will be unavailable from 7am to 12pm PDT/SLT for the update. New client software will be required to access 1.11.2.

We encourage you to visit the 1.11.2 Preview grid to check out the changes. Second Life viewers for the preview can be downloaded from the Preview page of our web site: http://secondlife.com/community/preview.php.
