The Second Life Forums will be down for server maintenance this coming Monday, September 12 for approximately 5 hours. When: Monday, Sept. 12th
Time: From 7pm until approximately midnight (PST/ Second Life Time).
Why: For server maintenance During this time you will not be able to access the Second Life Forums to view or post. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. |

forums should be back to normal operations now.
the machine was upgraded and replication was added, which should improve stability and performance. we apologize for taking slightly longer than the time projected. there were unforeseen technical complications.

A small oversight during the process caused the forum downtime to extend to about 11:20am this morning, in that the front page of the forums was not available. Individual forums, threads, and posting pages were not affected; only the main front page of the forums was down. It has been fixed now; back to your regularly scheduled forum'ming.
