Just a quick headsup..
It appears that in a small number of cases, our responses to your support and concierge emails are reaching you with no body text on the email. Only a handful of these that we are aware of, but if you get an empty email like this, please let us know so that we can either resend or address the problem via IM inworld.
Obviously we're hoping to get this fixed as soon as we can.
