Residents,

Yesterday we updated our central database software to a newer version.
Unfortunately, a small change in its behavior caused our stipend
dispensing tool to crash. (For the geeks out there: The behavior of
SUM() with respect to NULL rows has changed.)

The problem has been fixed, and everyone who was supposed to get their
stipend late last night should have received it today at around 7:30 PM PST.

I'm sorry it was late. Thanks for your patience.
