We realize that many landowners have more objects per square meter than will be allowed when the 1.2 rules kick in. We also realize that many of you would be happy to buy more land in the same region and increase your prim allocation but are faced with the fact that no land is for sale or land is offered except at a very high price.
Because we expect a lot of land to open up on Monday, January 26, it seems only fair to wait to implement the new object limits until after landowners have a chance to buy up some newly released land. That will allow some residents to avoid needlessly tearing down part of their builds.
So the date of limiting the number of objects has been pushed back a week to Monday, February 2nd. The date for un-confirmed land going public will remain Monday, January 26.
