On Monday, August 21, there will be a beta grid 'pile-on' test at 3:00 p.m. PST. This test will be on the 1.12 beta testing grid (Siva), where the new Groups code is being tested.
Download the 1.12 client at http://secondlife.com/community/preview.php, if you would like to come. Only accounts created before August 18, 2006 may enter the Siva preview grid at this time.
If you've been to one of the pile-on events, you may recall how fun they are
For those who do not know what a pile-on test is, it is a series of tests that are done by a lot of people at once - in this case we'll be joining groups, making proposals, testing group IMs and more! Your land, currency and inventory on the beta test grid do not effect nor transfer back to the main grid.
