We're currently experiencing some temporary downtime on our phones that is resulting in many residents being unable to contact us through our normal Support telephone number. We're in contact with our provider and are working to get things back up and ringing as soon as possible.
In the meantime, be sure to check out our Support WIKI for answers to a lot of common questions. You can also email Support or Billing with any issues you may have. We have several Lindens working to answer support-related emails throughout the day, and also outside of our normal business hours. As a result, sending an email can actually provide a faster response for many issues.
