Problems logging on today 4-24-03 may be related to an IP change due to a recent server move. If Second Life hangs at "Connecting to user server" for several seconds and then exits to the login screen, users should check to see if they are launching the game from a shortcut other than the Start
Menu and Desktop shortcuts created by the Second Life installers.
Second Life release 0.6.3 updates the IP information on the Desktop and Start Menu, but not for any shortcuts players my have copied or added to different locations.
Anyone experiencing this problem should launch Second Life from the Start Menu or the Desktop, and should update any other shortcuts they've created.
