We are currently fixing some database problems that were causing logins to fail and other weirdness. Will update as soon as we know more, like when we will be back up.

We are still investigating the DB issue that was causing problems. Normally we would be in the process of switching over to a back up. However our 2nd backup (so we have a backup when we come back up) is more than a few hours behind. We need to keep the grid offline while this backup catches up.
We estimate that Second Life should be back open approximately 7:30pm PST (3 hours from this post).
