Database Issues Continue

We had several database-related issues today that may have caused some slow downs both on the web site and in-world.

First, you may have noticed a slow-down in forum response time this morning. Around 2pm, we brought the forums down for unplanned database maintenance which was just recently resolved. Due to some speedy database work the forums should be working properly now.

Second, earlier this afternoon we experienced database slowdowns in-world which resulted in teleportation problems, login slow-downs, and other all-around weirdness. During this time, as is typical when we have database trouble, certain parts of the web site, including the LindeX were taken down as well. We have been working on this issue and things should be resolved in-world. We will post more information as it becomes available and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Update:
The database issues seem to have only been temporarily fixed, we are aware of the trouble and have restricted logins to Lindens only. I will post information as it becomes available and thank you again for your patience.
