Given the terrible conditions on the Gulf Coast, the loss of homes and possessions, and the lack of power resulting from Hurricane Katrina, we want to let everyone know that we will not be charging premium account holders in affected regions for any recurring fees for the period 8/28 to 10/31.

I've defined 'affected region' by zip code. If you have been a hurricane victim and you do get billed, please let me know. It's possible we missed your area in error.

Our thoughts and best wishes go out to all our Second Life residents who lost everything in the disaster.
