Second Life 1.3.2 is now available for download. While not currently a mandatory update, it fixes several bugs, and is highly recommended. It's available for download at http://secondlife.com/download or via the normal automatic update mechanism.
From the release notes:
Fixed nodding when chatting on a hidden chat channel.
Fixed VRAM settings constantly getting set back to 16MB when not using DirectX 9.0.
Fixed bug which caused touch_release to be sent immediately after touch_start.
Fixed other sitting avatars disappearing when you cross a region boundary.
Online status in profile now displays "???" when we don't actually know a user's online status.
Fixed a crash bug that would occur when clicking the mouse or hovering.
Fixed a bug causing your ranking not to be highlighted on the leaderboards.
Fixed a bug that would cause the optional update dialog to appear first, even if there was a mandatory update.
