Teleport issues today after grid reopened

The teleport issues that occured today after the grid reopened were caused by a slow asset server. We have moved that affected hardware out of rotation and replaced it. While this exchange occured, teleports for residents wearing attachments were failing sporadically. The problem should be resolved now.
