I installed SL Siva, and played around for a bit in the sandbox, trying out lighting and flexiprims. Logged off, went to bed. (Incidently, the Siva client crashed when I tried to change a texture on a flexiprim.)
Now I CANNOT get the regular SL client to work. I crash upon login with a memory error. I've uninstalled Siva, restarted countless times, and it's still doing it.
The error message states: "The instruction at '0x69321b5a' referenced memory at '0x000000dc.' The memory could not be 'read'. Click OK to terminate the program."
Please help me out here! Not having SL is a pretty steep price to pay for getting to play with flexiprims!!

You'll probably have to uninstall the regular SL and re-install it to..
Preview turned off my shiny and changed some other graphic settings on my main client as well.. I bug reported.. I hate when it does that. They should be making a copy of our main SL to alter for preview, not actually changing the settings in the live version.. GRR
That's one reason I don't do preview very often. It screws up stuff it shouldn't be messing with, and if you uninstall it, it wipes out your settings on the Live version completely.
