umm, not to suggest that i haven't been building much lately, but , well. last thing i remember, there was topsize x and y in the object editor for the box and cylinder shapes, now it has taper x and y.

is this new or did i just fail to notice till just now?

Looks like box/cylinder/prism taper does the same thing and is more consistent with the other torus/tube/ring tapers. Annoying it wasn't documented but it does make sense...

Hi,

This is a new feature, the old top size well only worked on the top, the taper feature will now work on the top and bottom and x and y values can range from -1 to 1

Doh! Didn't even notice that! Why wasn't it documented?? Argghh! Or is it under the vague "Improvements to the Properties window for objects"? <eyeroll> How about being a TAD bit more specific, eh?? Anything ELSE changed?

Seek and ye shall find ;)

Although asking for documented changes this early on is bound to get some things missed out, part of the fun is finding them and hoping they stay for the final release, and just to tease who knows if this will get in,

Make a object shiny and turn up the transparency
